Tuesdays, 7:30-9:30 pm, Bethesda, MD (Lisa Brooks) – BEGINNING SCANDINAVIAN – SEPT. 21 (SEPT. 7 IS CANCELLED) - Hambo, Schottish, Waltz, Zwiefacher, and other couple turning dances. Singles, couples, beginners, and advanced dancers welcome. ADVANCED SCANDINAVIAN DANCING – Sept. 14 and 28 - Boda, Orsa, Rättvick, Ragunda, Follinge, Viksta, Telemark, and Valdres, as well as others, including Finnskogspols, Nigpolska, Gammalvänster, and your requests (mostly Swedish dances and some Norwegian dances). Singles, couples, intermediate and advanced dancers welcome. Wear smooth soles for turning, not running shoes. Come when you can; class is continuous.
